William M Jaremko, M.D. , FAAD

Dr. Jaremko grew up in Buffalo, NY and went to Canisius College where he earned a BA in Biology. He went to medical school at Georgetown University in Washington, DC , graduating in 1983, and was elected a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency in Dermatology at Wilford Hall, in San Antonio, Texas in 1989. He was board certified in Dermatology that same year.
Dr. Jaremko was an active duty member of the Air Force from 1983-1991. He served as a flight surgeon and later was Chief of Dermatology, United Kingdom from 1989-1991. He is fluent in Ukrainian and Italian and has a good working knowledge of German. Since 1997, he is a trained volunteer ski patroller at Holiday Valley Ski Resort, and also serves as their medical director.
He is a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the New York State Society for Dermatology, and the Buffalo/Rochester Dermatological Society.

Katherine Burlingame, PA-C

Katie grew up in Portville, NY. She graduated summa cum laude with a dual degree Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College in 2014. She has been practicing dermatology with Dr. Jaremko since 2015. She is a diplomate fellow member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She has a special interest in procedural dermatology and skin cancer. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and running.
Alexandra Waclawski, PA-C

Alexandra is a native of Randolph, NY. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College in Amherst, NY. She has been practicing in dermatology since 2017. She has special interests in acne, psoriasis, and aesthetic medicine. She is a member and diplomate fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Alexandra enjoys connecting with her patients and aims to treat each patient she sees like family. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, hiking, reading, and traveling.
